God: My Composer and My Conductor

God is not just the composer of my life, He is also the orcehstrator. He not only plans out my life for me but He also adds the emotions that make life colorful and moving. When He orchestrates, He makes sure I see the ritardando that He composed, the accelerando, the repeats, the fermata, everything. The ritardando is used for me to slow down and enjoy the fullness of Him and the life He has given me. The accelerando to make sure that I do not become stagnant or dwell too long in the past. The repeats to look back at what He has brought me through and to reminence of good times with those who are close to me. The fermata, the most important one of all. It basically means, "watch the orchestrator for continuation." The fermata is used to remind me to focus on Him at all times. The printed music in front of me is just a plan. But God, the orchestrator, brings out it's impact. If I just focus on the plan and not look at how God wants it to be done, I am just going through the motions.

If I am not looking at my Conductor, I am only making noise.
